We at iHealth want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. We have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to help make your life easy. We use industry leading delivery with Australia Post eParcel, a highly efficient and secure courier service. Your items are signature delivered (and/or with optional transit cover) via the exclusive Business eParcel system and are fully trackable. iHealth orders deliver anywhere in the Australia Post network including Post Office Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Signature delivery means if you are not at your business or home at the time of delivery, the item(s) will be safely taken to your local Post Office and notifications left unless you opt for 'Authority to Leave' (ATL). ** ATL May nullify transit cover.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All items are dispatched as signature delivery (and/or with optional transit cover). If you elect to change signature delivery and request 'Authority to leave', all responsibility for goods may no longer be with iHealth or Australia Post but with the recipient/receiving party. If you are not at your business or home at time of delivery, a calling card/email notification will be left with further instructions on how you may collect your parcel. If Australia Post has attempted delivery and to contact you and no response has been received or your address has been incorrectly/incompletely entered by you, Australia Post will return the parcel to the depot and/or iHealth and a applicable and handling fee of $32.95 applies.

Single items, multiple items or large item Domestic will be sent via eParcel - Delivery in 1 - 5 business days from dispatch, Australia-wide. (Western Australia and remote locations may take up to 6 - 10 business days for delivery.)

Free Parcel Post (orders over $99): Items marked Free Shipping will be sent via eParcel - Delivery in 1 - 5 business days from dispatch, Australia-wide. (Western Australia and remote locations may take up to 6 - 10 business days for delivery.)

Parcel Post + Insurance - This is an optional extra at checkout. We offer transit cover for the full replacement of the items if lost. If the delivery fails and item(s) are lost, we will refund or despatch replacement item(s) as originally ordered within 48 hours of confirmation by Australia Post the investigation is complete and items have not been located. ** Transit cover is not available on Express Post.
Express Post - Starts at $11.95: Final cost calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size. Express Post E Parcel is not a guaranteed next day service. It is an expedited service through E Parcel and is faster than regular post.
**Please note: iHealth reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. iHealth is not responsible for any delays caused by weather or other natural disasters or State or National holidays. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering or you may be liable for re-shipping charges and handling fees.
Query Items not delivered - If after tracking your order, the item(s) appear to be taking too long to be delivered or have missing information in part or whole given by Australia Post, we will contact Australia Post PMA Management once estimated delivery window time has elapsed to initiate a formal enquiry into the whereabouts of the consignment. Australia Post advises an investigation into undelivered items may take up to 10 business days to complete. We are unable to refund or replace items until this investigation is complete in full and written advice from Australia Post has been given. If item(s) have the optional transit cover added, replacement or refund will be actioned as soon as possible. If the item(s) have no insurance option included (as offered at checkout), The purchaser is liable in full. We reserve the right to offer replacement item(s) or discounted repurchase of item(s) to uninsured orders entirely at our discretion as a possible act of good will.
iHealth and Health 2u Pty Ltd will accept returns on any items or products sold that are deemed faulty or damaged (excluding shipping damage) or found to be not consistent with individual manufacturers specification or quality standard.
iHealth and Health 2u Pty Ltd will replace said goods within 7 days and forward products for evaluation and quality control to the respective manufacturer(s) iHealth and Health2u Pty Ltd will NOT accept returns for refund as a result of a consumer(s) "change of mind". Faulty/damaged or defective goods will be refunded by iHealth and Health2u Pty Ltd if offer to replace is refused. The goods will be replaced at no cost to the consumer (shipping charges may apply).
If the purchaser has not been home at the time of delivery and/or has not answered the door or left an "authority to leave" request and/or has not adequately provided opportunity for delivery/redelivery, the purchaser may be liable for return shipping and/or restocking fee and any other costs incurred by iHealth/Health 2u Pty Ltd. iHealth/Health2u Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for failed/returned delivery if purchaser's details have been filled out on order placement at checkout incorrectly, this includes any and all address/delivery information and/or order comments.
If a customer claims any part of order/goods are missing from any shipment, the items in question must be reported as undelivered/missing/not packed with and/or in the order within 7 days after day of delivery by Australia Post, iHealth will investigate and report to the customer and may elect to send missing/not packed items as per their discretion. (re-shipping charges may apply) If the item was changed by customer from 'Signature Delivery' to "Authority to Leave or similar, full liability transfers to the customer who has voided claims by declining 'Signature Delivery'. and/or nullifying transit cover. If items reported to iHealth as per above are outside of 7 days from delivery of the alleged part of the delivered/undelivered consignment, iHealth will not replace/admit or be held liable after above said time has elapsed.
