Shipping & Returns

We at ihealth want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. 

The shipping choices for online orders shipped within Australia and internationally are Standard Domestic  or Express.  Expedited or Express orders placed by 3 PM EST will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a National holiday will be shipped on the next business day.


Please note: ihealth reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. ihealth is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.

Returns

Ihealth and Health 2u Pty Ltd will accept returns on any items or products sold that are deemed faulty or damaged (excluding shipping damage) or not consistent with individual manufacturers specification or quality standard.  Ihealth and health 2u Pty Ltd will replace said goods within 7 days and forward products for evaluation and quality control to the respective manufacturer. Ihealth and Health2u Pty Ltd will NOT accept returns for refund as a result of a consumer (s) "change of mind".  Faulty/damaged or defective goods will be refunded by ihealth and Health2u Pty Ltd if offer to replace is refused. The goods will be replaced at no cost to the consumer.
