Why has iHealth Rewards ended?
After a period of reviewing feedback and evaluating the effectiveness of the program, we’ve determined that the current program’s focus on earning points for purchases and activities that can be redeemed at ihealth.net.au does not meet our goal of servicing our loyal customers and balancing the ongoing cost of maintaining the program. Moving forward, we plan to evaluate ways to encourage loyalty beyond the current point and purchase based program through our lowest pricing.
When will the iHealth Rewards program end?
The official termination date for iHealth Rewards is May 1st 2021. Our website published public notice of this change 30 days before expiration of the program as fair notice. (Please refer to further terms of the program below) Up to and including that date you can earn points toward purchases.
What’s the deadline for using my rewards?
Points must be redeemed towards a purchase by May 1st 2021 or they will be forfeited.
Can I still earn iHealth Rewards points for my purchases?
You can earn points on purchases made at ihealth.net.au through to 11.59pm 30th April 2021 after which all unredeemed points that have been accumulated will be forfeited.

How do I earn iHealth Rewards Points?
As an ingenious Health retail customer you'll automatically earn rewards points on every purchase through our store. Points are earned at a rate of 10 points per dollar spent, excluding shipping costs. ingenious Health will periodically run promotions on products with double, triple or more points to help you reach your rewards faster.
How do I redeem my iHealth Rewards Points?
Your iHealth Rewards Points can be redeemed at checkout once you have accumulated enough points to earn a $40 cash back. As of 28/7/2017 onwards, this is the equivalent of 10,000 points and is subject to change.
Where do I find my iHealth Rewards Points balance?
Once you have earned at least 10,000 points, your iHealth Rewards Points balance will appear on your 'My Account' page which is accessible by logging in.
Do iHealth Rewards Points expire?
Yes! Unused rewards points credits expire after 365 days (or on 1st May2021) Please be aware, it is the responsibility of the customer to regularly check your balance and invoice detials for dates of purchase to ascertain when points expire which is exactly 365 days after each purchase. Our system does not send reminders of expiring points. You can access how many points are earned on each invoice in your account history online.

- ingenious Health gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of iHealth Rewards. iHealth may terminate or suspend or change iHealth Rewards and/or conditions at any time in which case iHealth Rewards will cease immediately and all points will be forfieted as they have no redemmable cash value.
